CRM, 1C and system integration

Connect agreed data sources and destinations so staff have the information they need.

Data exchange between applications, with clear rules and error handling.
Demonstration material

We start with the exchange map: what data is needed, where it originates and which system maintains the authoritative record. We check versions, connection options and limitations before agreeing the integration, failure handling and support arrangements. One example is sending orders from the Norvik planner directly to the Kaylas factory.

Scope of work

01 /

Connection assessment

Review applications, versions and permitted access methods. Check whether an API, file exchange or another suitable mechanism is available.

02 /

Exchange rules

Agree fields, identifiers, direction and transfer frequency. Define how duplicates, changes and incomplete records should be handled.

03 /

Monitoring and support

Define delivery checks and actions when a transfer fails. Assign responsibility for access, system changes and ongoing support.

From a task to a working solution

  1. Map the data and check both sides of the connection.
  2. Test transfers with agreed records and failure scenarios.
  3. Deploy the exchange and hand over monitoring and support procedures.

Can you connect any CRM and any 1C version?

Compatibility is established after reviewing the actual systems. We need product names, versions, customizations and available exchange methods. We do not assume a ready-made connector exists.

Can we keep our current application?

Yes, if it can provide and receive the required data. We assess the options and limitations before recommending replacement or new components.

What happens if a transfer fails?

Detection, notification and retry methods are agreed within the project. We also define who reviews errors and takes responsibility for restoring the exchange.
